In addition to the preliminary review by the journal editor, the manuscript will be examined using at least three programs (iThenticate, GPTZero, and QuillBot) to assess the likelihood that the text was generated by generative artificial intelligence (AI). If there is reasonable doubt that the work was not created by a person, given the reported high rate of AI use, the journal will reject the manuscript, and the arbitration process will not proceed.
